We currently have two types of block Making machine.

 

1) Block Making Machine For 2 Units 9 inches Block and 3 Units 6′ inches Blocks

Our high-efficiency block molding machine is designed for reliable and cost-effective concrete block production. This vibrating block making machine can manufacture two units of 9-inch hollow blocks per cycle, and the interchangeable block mould can easily be changed to produce three units of 6-inch blocks at once.

With this automatic block moulding machine, you can achieve a daily production capacity of over 1,000 concrete blocks, making it ideal for construction companies, block industries, and building material entrepreneurs.

The machine is designed for low labour operation, requiring only two to three workers on site to run efficiently. Another advantage is that it does not require wooden pallets, as the freshly molded blocks can be placed directly on bare ground for curing.

For power supply, this electric block making machine can operate using a 3.5kVA generator or be connected directly to public electricity (NEPA/PHCN power supply), giving operators flexibility in different work environments.

3) Automatic Concrete Mixer Machine (300 Liters)

Steps to Purchase Our Machines

To make the purchasing process easy and transparent, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the “Order Now” Button

Start by clicking the Order Now button to contact us directly on WhatsApp.

2. Confirm Machine Availability

Send a message to ask if the machine you want is currently available and ready in stock.

3. If a Machine is Available

If the machine is already available, you can come to our workshop to inspect and make full payment.
After payment, we will show you how to install, set up, and operate the machine before you leave.

4. If the Machine is Not Available in Stock (Most Cases)

If the machine is not currently available, you will need to visit our workshop in Ilorin, Kwara State, or send a representative to make a 40% deposit for the fabrication of the machine.

For customers outside Kwara State, online bank transfer is also accepted.

Production timelines are as follows:

  • Block Molding Machines: Ready within 7 days after deposit

  • Concrete Mixer Machine: Ready within 10 days after deposit

The remaining balance must be paid before the machine is picked up.

5. Installation and Training

After full payment, customers who may require on-site installation and training can request for an installer/trainer, which will attract an additional service fee.

However, customers who visit our workshop physically will receive free training on how to install, set up, and operate the machine before leaving with the equipment.
